Client request: Develop a 3D BIM model using point cloud data and 360 viewer references, with LOD 300 accuracy, to provide a reliable digital foundation for the factory renovation project.
Scope of work: Importing and processing of point cloud data. Accurate modeling of architectural elements: walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors, stairs, railings, roof framing, wooden structures, and others. Creation of detailed plans including ground floor, first floor, second floor, attic, and roof structure. Generation of sections and elevations from the BIM model.
Input data: Point cloud (RCP + RCS), 360 viewer.
Deliverables: 3D BIM / Revit model.
