Review

Client Request: To calculate the cost of materials and construction overall, a BIM model of a 9-story building needs to be created. Specifications need to be issued for the following elements: Stairs (volume of concrete), Floor slabs (volume of concrete), External walls (volume, material, and area), Internal walls (volume, material, and area), Partitions (volume, material, and area), Doors (quantity, area), Windows (quantity, area), Facades (area), Plastering (area), Ceramic (area).

Scope of Work: Detailed modeling of the building based on the client's drawings, creation of specifications for each floor.

Input data: 2D drawings in the form of drawings in pdf, tasks and requirements in the form of pdf.

The calculated materials can be divided into floors, sections, or even apartments, allowing us to calculate the cost of materials for the entire building, for one floor, and for one apartment.

Receiving a task from a client
Creating a detailed 3D model
Project coordination and clash detection
Creation of the necessary specifications for material calculations

Result of the project:

A 3D model has been created
The model with MEP disciplines was coordinated and checked for intersection
Calculated necessary materials for construction
