Review

Client request: Develop a 3D BIM model and drawings using point cloud data and a 360-degree viewer reference, with LOD 300 accuracy, to provide a reliable digital foundation for the house renovation project in Bregaglia.

Scope of work: This project involved importing and processing point cloud data, modeling architectural elements (walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors, stairs, railings, roof framing, wooden structure, and others). Creation of detailed plans including ground floor, first floor, second floor, attic, and roof structure, and generation of sections and elevations from the BIM model of a multi-storey residential house located in Bregaglia, Switzerland. The model was developed in Autodesk Revit based on point cloud data.

Input data: Point cloud in RCS format, as well as photos for accuracy.

Deliverables: 3D model in RVT and IFC (LOD 300) and a drawing package in DWG and PDF format, which includes floor plans, sections, and elevations.

5. Developing an album of drawings based on the BIM model

Has been created 3D model (.rvt, .ifc)
